A great stay in a quiet, clean hotel near the airport. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making check-in a breeze. Our king suite was spacious and comfortable, offering a sizeable bathroom with excellent water pressure. The complimentary breakfast was delightful, with plenty of variety. A bar area provided a fun evening spot. I'd return without hesitation!

Breakfast was amazing, I couldn't believe the different strengths of coffee,. I loved the mini waffle makers. The staff were so cute, it felt like they actually cared about us! I remember them smiling while helping me decide what to have for breakfast ,and making it personal like it was home.

It wasn't cheap,, but still acceptable for the quality of service.

I adored the cheerful décor and easily navigable spaces, making every corner feel inviting and accessible for us seniors. It was delightful to have charming common areas that made me feel right at home during my stay.

More senior-friendly seating options would be appreciated.

I had a decent stay at the Hampton Inn in Alameda. The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed. The bed was great, perfect for a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. They provided assistance with late-night food needs. I appreciated the availability of shuttle service. it made getting around easy. Breakfast options were standard but tasted better than other places. However, I had some issues with the parking situation—paying extra for an open lot without security felt off. Also, I faced some confusion regarding my room. Initially, I was placed in the wrong room and had to switch. The cleaning staff didn’t come until the last day of my stay, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel has potential but could improve service consistency.

A clean and well-stocked breakfast area made for a pleasant start to the day. However, the air conditioning unit's placement directly above the bed was disruptive, causing noise throughout the night. Additionally, the shuttle service had unexpected charges and required reservations that were not mentioned at check-in.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We visited the Oakland Zoo and checked out the SF Masonic Auditorium. The hotel staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Great location, close to attractions.

However, our room lacked a refrigerator, which would have been really handy for our snacks.

Helpful reception staff promptly addressed my concerns.

Upon arrival, I was blindsided by the unexpected $16 daily parking fee. It was frustrating enough to deal with that, but the room itself had a sticky carpet and lacked basic amenities like a mini fridge. Given the high price for my stay, I expected much better conditions and transparent fees.
